Description
Temple University's Housing Operations Department is searching for an Associate Director, Housing Operations! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range:$80,000 - $85,000 Position Summary The Associate Director directly supervises three (3) Housing Services Coordinators who manage direct communication with thousands of current and prospective students who are working their way through University processes related to their housing and dining experience. This role will have significant impact upon the perception and quality of housing to students, and contribute heavily to marketing, branding, and communications efforts. This position requires frequent and meaningful interaction with residential students, parents/families, faculty, administrators, and campus partners. The Associate Director maintains a high level of communication with other departments, colleagues, and external sources, and collaborates effectively with a broad range of professionals to positively impact UHRL goals and activities. The position is a full-time, 12-month, live-off appointment. This role contributes to a positive university experience for every student and is accountable to all Division of Student Affairs (DoSA) values.
