Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

We have an immediate opening for a Card Services Specialist I at our North Saint Paul Office/Hybrid.

This individual is responsible for performing and supporting inquiries, maintenance, reports, daily operations for debit, credit card and other payment products to members and other Ideal Credit Union staff.

The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch break as well as other hours as needed. This individual will work in-office at our Woodbury location until fully trained. Once fully trained, this is a
work from home position requiring limited travel on-site for meetings and training; however, the work from home schedule is dependent on departmental needs.

This is Grade 7, Non-Exempt - Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits.

The starting rate of pay is $22.23 - $23.62 per hour.
