Software Engineer II and Senior Software Engineer (Multiple Positions)- Office Files and Identity Team On this team, you will work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the rest of Office to deliver performant and always-available access to documents in the cloud. We modernize the collaboration experience with intelligent clients and services, and we are on the front lines of enabling Copilot for Office, both through infrastructure and throughend-user features. You will help deliver a reliable cloud experience to our customers as we continue to modernize core Word, Excel and PowerPoint workflows and remove friction. On this team, you will use data to understand where opportunities exist and be grounded in data-based business metrics: increased customer satisfaction and cloud usage. Our tech portfolio spans the Microsoft client coauthoring and collaboration stacks, the core Office storage stack, cloud file user experience and more. We are looking for a driven and execution-oriented engineers. Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
