Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior AI Designer with strongexpertiseinhuman centreddesign, design research, and product design to join our expanding,client facingteam. The ideal candidate brings solid product design judgement and is comfortable working with data andAI driven systems, using insights from research, experimentation, and system behaviour to inform design decisions.

You will contribute to the design of AI enabledexperiences where data science and machine learning are core to the solution, working closely with customers as well as Microsoft Data Scientists, Technical Program Managers, and Engineers. This role requires comfort working in complex and evolving problem spaces, collaborating to clarify requirements and translate AI capabilities into experiences that deliver human value and business impact. You will behands onin design and prototyping, contributing to experience quality across projects.

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of responsible AI principles and experience contributing to the design of AIenabled products or services

• Solid grounding inhumancentreddesign and design research, withhandsonexperience applying qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions

• Strong product design skills, with the ability to translate research findings, data, and feedback into clear insights andwellcrafteddesign solutions

• Proficiencyin prototyping and iterative design, including Figma, with experience producing lowtohighfidelityartefacts to explore andvalidateideas

• Effectivecrossdisciplinarycollaborator, able to work closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and product partners to advocate for user needs and experience quality

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or clients in complex, ambiguous problem spaces

• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces with guidance

Preferred qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND3+ years of experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

• 3+ years of experience working in product or service design, or consultancy

• Industry experienceworking acrossone or multipleproductstages

• Experience working as part of geographically dispersed, diverse, and virtual teams
