Your Impact



  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Managed Services, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Provideperformance management guidance to leadership (e.g.coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions);focus onimproving work relationships, buildingmorale,and creatingretention.
  • Createprocesses and solutions in partnership with leadership which support a positive employee environment through effective communications, policies, and practices.
  • Manageand resolveemployee relations issues.Conducteffective,thorough,and objective investigations.
  • Maintainin-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legalrisks,and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Identifystrategies to increase employee performance and change readiness while designing metrics to track the effectiveness of programs.
  • Analyze trends and metrics on turnover in partnership with HR leaders.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders on strategic and operationalHR projects and programs.

Your Experience



  • 5 - 7years experiencein Human Resourcessupporting global employees
  • HR Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degreerequired, preferred degree in Human Resources
  • Proficient withMicrosoft Office
  • Proficient with or ability to learnHRISsystem


Location:Remote or hybridfor candidatesnear aHighspringor Vaco byHighspringoffice.Must be basedinthe Easternor CentralTime Zone.

Travel Requirements: Less than 5%

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
