Sleep Lab Tech - PRN Nights Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Services provided at the hospital include emergency medical care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health services. Successful completion of an AMA approved school for Respiratory Care, EEG, or related health sciences program with an emphasis in sleep technology. Work experience requirements: A minimum of 6 months experience performing sleep studies and CPAP/BiPAP titration preferred. Required licenses/ certifications/courses Non-respiratory care practitioners must show successful completion of A-STEP. RCP must hold current S.C. Respiratory Care Practitioner License. All others must complete A-Step program. RPSGT, CPSGT, or SDS credential preferred within 2 years of hire. BLS certification by the AHA required.
