Must be able to go W2 directly with client Must commit to occasional onsite visits in Chicago, IL Rate is listed but has flexibility depending on candidate experience Description We are seeking an Expert Project Manager to support the UX Delivery Lead across IT and hyper-specialized operational teams. The PM will partner closely with directors and operational stakeholders across the enterprise, requiring confidence, strong communication, and the ability to navigate diverse personalities. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is energized by operational complexity, enjoys building relationships with high influence stakeholders, and can bring structure to fast moving and evolving work. Responsibilities * Support planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple operational facing tools * Manage two major projects at the start of the year with more added over time * Work closely with UX Delivery Leads, Product, Engineering, and Operational SMEs across many distinct user groups * Facilitate standups, cross functional working sessions, and weekly status updates * Develop clear project plans, track milestones, and ensure steady communication with executive stakeholders * Prepare and present decks for leadership discussions and decision making * Identify risks early, adapt quickly, and provide proactive recommendations for keeping workstreams on track * Support teams that may use different Agile practices and tools including Jira * Help create structure in a fast paced and often ambiguous operational environment Top Skills Details * Minimum 5-8 years of experience in either IT or Digital Project/Program Management * Expertise in influencing and managing complex stakeholder expectations * Openness to occasional deck creation duties as needed * Not required but preferred- delivering initiatives involving UX/Digital teams * Proven history delivering in ambiguous and highly complex, enterprise work environments Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
