Receptionist *Pay:* $17-$19/hr (Receptionist experience required)
*Description *The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for individuals visiting retail locations during the open enrollment period. This role focuses on creating a professional, welcoming experience while supporting appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs. *Responsibilities* * Greet and assist walkin and scheduled customers * Schedule appointments by phone and in person using probing questions * Answer basic inquiries about health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services * Process member information and documentation * Accept and process payments * Collaborate with sales representatives and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Previous administrative or customer service experience (customerfacing preferred) * Microsoft Office knowledge * Experience using a CRM * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
