We're looking for a proven General Superintendent to lead field operations for a major Texas utility contractor with deep roots in natural gas infrastructure and a growing footprint across water/wastewater, underground electric, fiber, and dry utilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on safety, planning, accountability, and building high-performing crews. You'll oversee multiple field teams, strengthen operational discipline, and help drive a cultural and performance shift across 70+ craft employees.

Non-negotiable: Natural gas distribution & end-user infrastructure experience
