The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused professional to step into a pivotal role supporting the successful delivery of critical programs and initiatives. In this role, you will work with limited guidance to drive defined programs forward, navigate both established and ambiguous challenges, and ensure seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

You will play a central role in monitoring program progress, managing stakeholders, and delivering clear, consistent communication-directly influencing project outcomes and contributing to the company's broader strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with program stakeholders to author comprehensive program charters, defining scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing needs, and risks or dependencies for foundational programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans by breaking initiatives into discrete phases and identifying critical risks and interdependencies.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize program progress data from stakeholders; maintain accurate project trackers and status reporting.
  • Identify and execute program tasks using best practices that support product quality, user inclusivity, and brand trust.
  • Gather data to inform mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation reports, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
  • Facilitate effective meetings that drive alignment, decision-making, and progress toward program objectives.
  • Craft and deliver clear, concise program communications that ensure key information is visible and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects and develop comprehensive stakeholder maps.
  • Identify stakeholder misalignments and proactively coordinate resolution to ensure cohesive execution.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong user understanding and demonstrated empathy in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and foster collaborative, high-performing environments.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to program execution.
  • Excellent planning skills, including both strategic foresight and detailed project structuring.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
  • Experience with portfolio management, overseeing multiple related projects or initiatives.
  • Sound technical judgment to guide program decisions and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in program execution and governance, ensuring adherence to standards and objectives.
  • Experience managing organizational change and guiding teams through transitions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
