2nd Shift, Maintenance Tech V

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Good communication skills & know basic shop math
* Ability to work in fast paced environment
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies and procedure in English
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as required
* Able to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly
* Able to follow and carryout instructions
* Ability to perform LOTO
* Ability to operate Mobile Equipment
* Knowledge of basic shop tools
* Able to do gauging and measuring
* Knowledge of basic machine mechanics
* Basic computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Work Order Database)
* Able to assist with basic tasks assigned by lead, supervisor, or more senior maintenance tech with basic electrical and/or mechanical work orders
* Must be Mobile Equipment Operator Certified
* Able to use Express Maintenance Proficiently
* Able to do moderate PLC troubleshooting
* Advanced knowledge and demonstration of troubleshooting maintenance work orders related to mechanical repairs
* Advanced troubleshooting skills for all shop floor machinery
* Advanced level fabrication/sheet metal work
* Advanced knowledge of advanced machine mechanics, and pneumatics
* Thorough knowledge of HVAC and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
* Electrical or HVAC training certificate required
* Must have ability to understand basic Microsoft Office programs
* Able to use express maintenance

Basic Qualifications

• Electrical or HVAC training certificate required
• Minimum of 10+ Years of Maintenance Experience
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility is required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position;
