Plano, TX

Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5:30 PM (Hybrid depending on the needs of the warehouse)

This Role's a Match If You:



  • Have 1+ years of customer service and/or shipping/receiving experience
  • Can lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Have high-speed internet with the ability to hardwire into a computer (minimum 50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and communicate issues.
  • Comfort working within backend systems, dashboards, and internal tools used to support manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • This is a hybrid role with a combination of in-office and remote workdays, subject to change based on business and operational needs.
  • Scheduling flexibility based on business needs.
  • Role requirements may evolve based on operational and business needs.
  • Resolve lab, manufacturing, and shipping-related issues that impact customer orders and delivery.
  • Support physical package shipping processes and issue resolution.
  • Directly support frontline Customer Care staff by providing guidance and assistance with complex customer-facing order issues.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues through customer feedback, case intake, and operational review.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to support operational alignment and effective issue resolution.
