Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday (With potential for overtime on weekdays/weekends)

Gear Up And Get Fired Up For This TIG Welder Gig

Are you fired up to put your TIG welding skills to work? Our Jeanerette shop is looking for a welder who knows quality when they see it.

What You'll Need To Bring

• 5+ years of Aluminum TIG Welding experience
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to tack and distribute heat evenly with a clean weld
• Must be able to pass the MSB Pre-Employment Mock Weld Test
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Excellent math skills with the ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Must be able to weld aluminum proficiently
• Ability to fix a defective weld
• Must be able to weld in any position (uphill, overhead, horizontal, pipe, or flat)
• Ability to operate power equipment safely and comply with all safety standards
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and works well with others
• Must be able to pass the 3G-4G structure plate test, which requires a bend test for results
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks
