Location: Avery Island, LA

Pay: $10 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift (February - May)

Key Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
• Provide information on McIlhenny Company history, Avery Island, Tabasco products, and local attractions
• Support guided and self-guided tour experiences, answering guest questions as needed
• Operate point-of-sale systems for retail purchases (if assigned to gift shop duties)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of visitor center areas, exhibits, and displays
• Assist with crowd flow during peak tourist seasons and special events
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest concerns or questions and escalate issues appropriately

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Able to lift 30 bls.
