What to Expect
As a Workplace Project Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Workplace Factory Experience team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring effective event and program management. This role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for driving multi-disciplinary projects, and someone who is extremely detail oriented. This role is responsible for event set up and support, completing weekly/monthly inventory organization, budget management, and collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to meet program needs.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects (e.g., Recognition programs, recognition prizes, swag programs, Tesla-Versary, special item distribution) to ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met
- Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, responding to urgent requests and assisting leaders as needed
- Assist Workplace Program Managers with project updates and look ahead
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, create purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery with accurate receiving records
- Analyze inventory and usage data to support quarterly ordering, identify obsolete items, and improve inventory processes
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to support Workplace needs and cross-functional events
What You'll Bring
- Experience in project coordination/management or a similar operational role. Project management skills are a must
- High attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to track, review, and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to analyze data to provide actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
- Experience managing vendors and inventory-related financial or cost considerations

Expected Compensation
$18.40 - $39.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
