What to Expect

As a Transportation Coordinator, you will support the Workplace Transportation team by assisting with purchase orders, administering support for daily operations for programs like Commuter Shuttles, Bike Program, Carpool, Vanpool, Parking, and Valet services, and maintaining organized print and digital files. You will also contribute to marketing and outreach by developing and updating materials, implementing initiatives, editing websites, drafting mass communications, while aiding in transportation event planning, conducting outreach, and responding to inquiries. Ensuring excellent customer service, you will also support the team in data collection and employee feedback.

What You'll Do
  • Commute Service Support: Provide in-person, email, and ticketing assistance for commute services, represent Workplace Transportation at outreach events (e.g., wellness, sustainability, info booths, lunch and learns, focus groups, appreciation events), and field general inquiries or feedback with high customer service, promptness, and professionalism
  • Marketing & Promotional Initiatives: Assist with marketing campaigns by writing or editing newsletters, flyers, web/app content, surveys, and promotional emails, as well as creating and distributing transportation communication materials, signage, and collaborating with vendors
  • Program Administration: Provide administrative support to the transportation team to manage day-to-day operations, including collecting and organizing data and creating reports to support program efficiency
  • Communication and Outreach: Design and execute campaigns to boost ridership and program participation. Plan and execute outreach events to increase program awareness
  • Employee, Vendor, and Team Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and cross functional teams for various initiatives as well as address transportation-related inquiries, suggestions, and complaints while providing excellent customer service
  • Content and File Organization: Maintain transportation Global SharePoint and work with nationwide transportation teams to ensure consistent and up to date information across various Tesla channels

What You'll Bring
  • Experience excelling in a fast-paced corporate or start up environment with constant changing priorities and demands
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in document preparation, communications, and data entry
  • Demonstrated excellent writing, presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with advanced computer skills and highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel including the skillset to analyze data, find trends, and create concrete ways of improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines while proactively anticipating needs and demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills while providing superb customer service
  • Must be able to work extended hours or weekends as needed

    Expected Compensation
    $68,000 - $102,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
