Stellar Solutions is seeking a Scheduler to develop and manage integrated master schedules for Major Defense Acquisition Programs. You will synthesize technical and programmatic inputs, analyze critical paths and impacts, and recommend corrective actions to keep cost, schedule, and performance on track.



Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

You will integrate technical and programmatic data, coordinate schedule inputs across cross-functional teams, maintain health metrics and reporting, and communicate status and risk using government and enterprise tools.

Key responsibilities include:

    Develop and manage integrated master schedules, including integration and test and transition to operations activities.

  • Identify critical paths, analyze impacts, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Integrate technical and programmatic data and external drivers for planning.

  • Coordinate schedule inputs and maintain schedule health metrics and reporting.

  • Communicate schedule status and risk with enterprise tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 or more years in systems engineering or program management with schedule planning and development on MDAPs.

  • 2 or more years developing and managing MDAP schedules (integration and test, transition to operations, critical paths, impact analysis).

  • Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Professional; Microsoft SharePoint, Project, and Excel.

  • Experience supporting sustainment programs in scheduling or program management.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Desired Qualifications

  • Systems engineering or program management and schedule development for space remote sensing.

  • MBSE for system definitions.

  • Sustainment annual activities and metrics.

  • DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02; Master's degree in a related field.

Compensation:

The typical annual salary range for this position is approximately, USD $125,000 - $150,000. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, profit sharing / retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to annual base salary).



Deliverable(s)

Deliverables could be in the format of a report, software file, briefing, spreadsheet, or other document as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. The nature of this work will, at times, require quick responses to stringent deadlines and always in a high quality, professional manner.
