Our client is looking for a Podcast Manager to join their team!

This 12-month assignment requires to be oniste in Los Angeles, CA for appx. 40 hours/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set and lead the social vision for video podcasts, translating long-form storytelling into high-impact, platform-native short-form content that drives discovery, conversation, and sustained audience growth.

-Build and operate scalable, always-on systems that support continuous promotion across multiple social platforms- designing workflows that balance speed, quality, and creative ambition.

- Act as the social authority within cross-functional pods, partnering closely with content, marketing, publicity, production, and external stakeholders to ensure social is embedded from concept through release.

- Own prioritization and editorial decision-making, using audience insights, performance data, and cultural context to determine what gets made, when it launches, and where it lives.

- Guide social-first capture during production, ensuring teams consistently deliver timely, high-quality assets designed specifically for short-form and emerging formats.

- Translate data into creative evolution, applying testing frameworks and analytics to continuously refine formats, storytelling approaches, and publishing strategies.

- Lead with taste and clarity, offering confident creative direction, actionable feedback, and a high bar for execution while navigating fast-moving timelines and competing priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7+ years of experience in social media, audience development, or digital content strategy, with demonstrated ownership of multi-platform distribution and measurable audience impact.

- Proven expertise in short-form video storytelling, with the ability to identify standout moments, shape narratives, and guide editorial decisions that resonate across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and emerging platforms.

- Deep experience designing and managing complex workflows across asset intake, approvals, storage, and publishing-bringing operational rigor to creative environments.

- Strong strategic and analytical fluency, with hands-on experience using performance data, testing, and insights to inform creative direction and long-term growth.

- Experience leading social strategy for podcasts, series, or entertainment brands from concept through execution.

- Familiarity with fandom-driven communities, particularly at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and pop culture.

The pay for this role is $80/hr.This position is eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits.
