Job Summary
Provide administrative, systems-entry, and operational support for CBORD and related dining platforms. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate menu, recipe, and inventory inputs; supporting user access; processing system updates; producing weekly recipe packets and materials; and assisting users with basic troubleshooting. The position interacts regularly with dining managers, culinary staff, procurement, IT, and CBORD users. The position advises staff needing help with system entry or following standard processes. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Responsibilities
1. Prepare, update, and distribute system-generated materials including recipe packets, production sheets, menus, inventory lists, and ordering templates. Assist with weekly printing and distribution. 2. Assist with organizing system-related activities such as staff training, onboarding for new users, fiscal accounting period updates, and CBORD operational support tasks. 3. Maintain daily CBORD system inputs, including entering and updating recipes, menus, and inventory items. Manage user access requests, check data accuracy, and assist users with basic troubleshooting. 4. Generate routine reports such as patron counts, inventory lists, and ordering summaries. Support record maintenance to ensure information is entered correctly for operations. 5. Assist with monitoring system usage for accuracy, helping units correct missing or incomplete information. 6. Coordinate with Dining Operations, Culinary, Procurement, IT, and CBORD Support by reporting issues, sharing updates, and assisting with system maintenance tasks. 7. Perform other duties as assigned, including cashier training support, POS troubleshooting assistance, P-card verification, and event support (FASET, Benefits Fair). Required Qualifications
