What you'll do at Jamf:

The Procurement Analyst will assist Procurement organization in vendor management.This includes understanding/assessing the software licensing needs, hardware purchasing, contingent worker onboarding for the organization. This analyst will provide required datasets for application rationalization for Jamf in which they assess current usage of assets and come up with recommendations for cost optimizations. Additionally, they will set up and follow the process to review proposals, negotiate the contracts, obtain signatures, enter the purchase requisitions in the system, obtain approvals, obtain purchase order, provide recommendations on cost optimizations, and on time renewal of contracts. The analyst will follow the standards set by Finance and procurement leads and will collaborate with them in the vendor management process. This analyst will be working cross-functionally with stakeholders in all departments.

What you can expect to do in this role:



  • Improve vendor management. approval process for faster approvals for stakeholders
  • Help procurement team by triaiging the vendor management tickets for timely approvals
  • Lead application rationalization for all Software for all departments within Jamf, so that leaders make informed decisions
  • Help all departments in purchasing of goods and services that are within the budget
  • Process purchase orders to acquire goods and services
  • Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
  • Keep information accessible; systems and documentation updated
  • Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks, including reports
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms in collaboration with procurement team,
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal department leaders and external vendors and suppliers
  • Prepares quarterly vendor reviews, ad hoc reports, and briefings to include vendor performance information, financial data, and other metrics
  • Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
  • Assist procurement managers in reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility, including risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
  • Assists with developing and managing the process for asset disposition; working with IT team to ensure that all decommissioned assets are disposed of appropriately


What we are looking for:



  • Minimum of 2 years experiencing in data analysis using tools such as excel or tableau (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years experiencing in documenting skills to keep the key information in confluence/sharepoint that is helpful for leadership teams such as licenses procured vs used, contract value etc. (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement or vendor management (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in advanced excel and generating summary reports in excel using pivot tables (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in creating requisitions/Pos in the financial tools such as Concur, Oracle, Workday (Preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills to provide insights to mgmt. teams based on the data
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in managing budget data such as OpEx/CapEx, types of expenses such as Software costs, Hardware costs, Professional Services, Consulting Services etc,.
  • Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in budget management (budget, forecast and actuals)
  • Negotiation skills with vendors in purchasing software/hardware/consulting services
  • Worked in corporate finance or IT/Engineering teams' procurement functions.
  • Experience using Docusign/Adobe Sign


EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS



  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and related fields. (Required)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
