TITLE Texas Woman's University Alumni Association Director of Alumni Chapters and Leadership Programs JOB SUMMARY The Texas Woman's University Alumni Association Director of Alumni Chapters and Leadership Programs is responsible for implementing and coordinating alumni programs, events, and communications across the Texas Woman's University (TWU) Alumni Association (TWUAA). This role is key in developing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with alumni and supporting alumni-driven activities through the Association's growing chapter structure and activity groups. The Director works closely with the Executive Director and collaborates across university departments to deliver meaningful engagement experiences for alumni. This position supports the strategic goals of Alumni Engagement and the TWUAA, with a special focus on building the new Alumni Association into a vibrant, energetic endeavor on behalf of TWU and its alumni, working in conjunction with dedicated alumni volunteers and leaders. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Executive Director of the TWU Alumni Association Supervises: n/a ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but not limited to the following: The Director's duties focus on the build-out, coordination, and management of the TWUAA's volunteer-led activity structure.
o Coordinate the event agenda, which features chapter/Impact Circle/Impact Network presentations on goals and accomplishments, leadership seminars, and panel discussions.
o Manage special invitations, tracking, and coordinating alumni participation in Jane Nelsen leadership events throughout the year for alumni volunteer leaders.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES x Performs other duties as requested. EDUCATION A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Advanced degree preferred. EXPERIENCE A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Alumni Relations/Alumni Engagement or relevant professional experience working with volunteer leaders and membership organizations. REQUIREMENT Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
