GENERAL SUMMARY: The Scheduler for Home Health Care is responsible for: Processing referrals Scheduling customer visits for all Home Health Care clinical disciplines. Act as liaison between current customers and clinicians as it pertains to service issues. Provide office support and act as a resource for team members, medical staff and other professionals. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Associates degree or college coursework in business preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
