Treasury Analyst*

The Treasury Analyst will develop a foundation in Treasury with room to grow. This person will provide support for daily cash management and banking duties. In addition, this person will use forecasting models, data warehouse queries, and financial analysis tools. Finally, this person will provide ad-hoc support for other Treasury department projects.

Job Duties

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for providing support in several key areas of the Corporate Treasury Department including, but not limited to:

Cash Management

• Support the management of the pooling banking structure and providing weekly cash forecasting
• Review AP proposals vs. the posting of daily transactions hitting the bank account
• Ensure adequate funding in the bank accounts denominated in foreign currency
• Identifying and communicating potential FX exposures and providing Forecast to Actual variance analysis
• Participating in company hedge settlement process to ensure proper segregation of duties
• Communicating with Trade Bank back office to ensure all settlements are correctly processed per Sanmina's instruction Banking
• Perform online banking portal administration duties: Managing Users and Entitlements
• Approving payment templates, ad hoc transactions research and audit reporting, and monitoring bank fees
• Keeping all banking documents and signatories up-to-date
• May require weekly calls with European bank for updates

Education/Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
• 0-3 years of experience, Treasury related experience is desirable but not required
• Proficient with MS Excel is a must
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team setting or independently
