Description When winter weather hits, our Winter Operations Team is ready. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded team members who take pride in showing up when it matters most. This seasonal, on-call role plays a critical part in keeping runways, roadways, and sidewalks safe and accessible during winter storms. If you don't mind working in challenging conditions and enjoy hands-on work with specialized equipment, this is a rewarding way to make an impact during the winter season. What You'll Do Respond on-call during snow and ice events Operate a variety of snow-removal equipment to clear runways, roadways, and sidewalks Work as part of a team to ensure all assigned areas are safe and fully cleared Continue operations throughout the duration of the storm-including multi-shift or multi-day events Perform post-storm cleanup and prepare equipment for the next weather event Follow all safety procedures while working in winter and low-visibility conditions Work Schedule & Conditions Seasonal, on-call position based on weather events Shifts may last up to 12 hours Storms can require extended hours over multiple days Work is performed outdoors in winter weather conditions Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
