Job Title: Service Center Greeter Location: Waterloo, IA 50702 Shift Timing: 1^st Rate Range: $15/hr. on w2 without benefits Note: Hours per day- 5 Hours Working Days per week- 4 days Job Description: The Waterloo Driver's License Service Center Greeter plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for all visitors. This position is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, assisting with check-in for scheduled appointments, and coordinating same-day or future appointments as needed. The role ensures that customers have all required documentation for their visit and provides guidance throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and check in customers for scheduled appointments in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with scheduling same-day or future appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Verify that customers have all necessary documents and provide clear instructions when additional information is required. Process and review select customer applications for completeness and compliance with established guidelines. Respond to general inquiries regarding procedures, requirements, and available services. Provide support for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience. The Service Center Greeter welcomes customers, assists with check-in and scheduling appointments, verifies required documents, processes select applications, answers general questions, and supports additional tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
