Primary Function
HR Leader for the APCOM business of approximately 500 employees with primary location in Franklin TN and secondary locations in Cookeville TN and Florence KY. The senior HR Manager position leads an HR team of 2 HR Supervisors and multiple HR Generalists and Specialists. He or she is the primary HR Business Partner to the APCOM Director of Operations and functional leaders within the APCOM locations. This role also has a dotted line reporting relationship to the division HR Director. The APCOM Sr HR Manager is responsible for design, implementation and monitoring of a variety of human resource programs. He or she anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management and advises on he best path forward. He/she also works within the broader HR function and will champion and manage company-wide HR initiatives as well as maintaining all compliance requirements and HR processes for their locations.
