SummaryWe are seeking a paralegal to join our legal team, with a focus on contract review and management. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the contracting process operates efficiently and in accordance with applicable law. Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and assist in the review, and negotiation of supplier/customer agreements and related legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws. * Coordinate responses to requests for proposals, bids and tenders and assist in developing standard operating procedures for government contracting. * Close collaboration with in-house legal counsel and relevant stakeholders. * Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures. * Maintain contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and accessible. * Coordinate with subject matter experts (including IP, finance, regulatory, and IT) on contract matters. * Verify contracts are signed and maintained in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree. * 2+ years of experience in contract administration or as a paralegal with a strong focus on contract review and management. * Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology. * Experience with government contracting is strongly preferred. * Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
