Assists guests with reservations and special requests. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of two years experience in hospitality, public relations or sales and marketing. Hotel or Resort experience preferred. Computer experience and familiarity. Professional demeanor, attitude and appearance. Strong work ethic. Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees and management. Ability to perform under pressure. Hourly pay rate: $21.00 to $25.00 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
