What You'll Do * Deliver top-notch customer service via phone for digital banking products. * Assist with enrollment, troubleshooting, billing research, and more. * Provide clear, confident guidance to customers navigating online tools. What We're Looking For * High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-2 years in help desk, customer service, or tech support. * Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset. * Ability to type 25 WPM and multitask like a pro.
