Job Overview Join our in-person team at Great Lakes Management as our Business Systems Analyst! The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for owning, implementing, and optimizing core business software systems while supporting sales, marketing, and operational teams across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, a high level of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The analyst serves as a key driver of system adoption, process automation, and data accuracy, ensuring tools and workflows effectively support business objectives. Business Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities: Systems Implementation & Enablement
- Own administration, training, onboarding, and ongoing accountability for HubSpot across all applicable teams
- Champion adoption and consistent usage of multiple enterprise software systems across the organization
- Lead implementation of new software platforms in collaboration with site-level teams, maintaining full ownership from rollout through long-term adoption
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems, providing guidance, best practices, and continuous improvement
Sales & Marketing Support
- Deliver sales enablement through system training, workflow optimization, and ongoing user support
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns (eBlasts), CRM marketing tools, and social media platform onboarding
- Support alignment between sales, marketing, and operational systems to ensure clean handoffs and accurate data
Reporting & Data Integrity
- Deliver and validate internal reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data prior to external distribution
- Collaborate with internal clients to confirm reporting requirements, definitions, and insights
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify, design, and implement opportunities to automate and streamline business processes
- Reduce manual work and inefficiencies through thoughtful system configuration and workflow improvements
- Document processes and system logic to support scalability and knowledge transfer
Technical Support & Collaboration
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly, accurately, and professionally while maintaining a supportive and user-focused approach
- Work across departments on a wide variety of operational, technical, and strategic projects
- Serve as a trusted internal partner with strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Business Systems Analyst Qualifications: Required
- In-person work environment at the Great Lakes Corporate office.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and manage new software platforms & understand AI capabilities
- Experience training, onboarding, and supporting non-technical users
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data validation
- Experience building automations through Workflows, ETL
