Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Feed front half of bird into breast processor. Remove downgrade front halves and place into bucket. Take bucket to front half hopper.
• Lift breast halves and place on cone.
• Score front half and pop wishbone.
• Cut fillets and remove chicken tender and breasts. Trim to specification. If breast processor is down, manually cut wings and skin front half.
• Package breast fillets, tenders and wings.
• Feed chicken parts into machinery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/metal grate ergo stands or on the floor.
• Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting and lifting of 4 to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to rotate to all positions.
• Able to work in a cold, warm or wet environment.
• Able to work around moving equipment.
