Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Support tasks such as Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Putaway functions.
• Interacts with Supervisor, Coordinators, Inbound, Inventory control, and Outbound staff to reconcile open issues.
• Communication Openly and actively, communicate internally through the respective Dept and externally with every other department.
• Ensure communication occurs with all peers politely and professionally.
• Report all equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member.
• If in doubt, talk to your lead, supervisor, coordinator, or all the above as needed.
• Follow the open door policy, informing your chain of command of your issue, and if unhappy with the answer presented, request a conversation at the next level.
• Directly responsible for ensuring a clean and clear work area for teammates to fully perform their job duties and meet our expectations.
• Actively provide feedback to leads, trainers, supervisors, and managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.
• Monitor your work performance to develop a sense of pride in your work and a sense of urgency.

• Become an authority on key metrics and how they are derived, and ensure you understand how you will be measured.
• Be clear and concise on the direction(s) given and follow-up.
• Address Ineffective or counterproductive processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
• Minimum 1 year of Computer operating, including warehouse management systems experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Material Handling.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Stand-Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit-down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Career Readiness Certificate (CRC).
• Knowledge of SAP and PKMS Warehouse Management System.
• Minimum 2 years of direct operations experience.
• Able to maintain forklift certification.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team focus.
