Hours & Pay:



  • Flexible work schedule
  • Base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities
  • Direct hire position

What You'll Do Each Day:



  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory within the Plastic Surgery division
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
  • Prospect new business and expand existing accounts within the territory
  • Act as a product support consultant in operating rooms during surgical procedures
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with current and prospective customers
  • Support ordering, transporting, scheduling, and assisting with surgical instruments and devices
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development activities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, customer service, marketing, and internal teams
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory, including overnight travel
  • Complete required training to develop technical, clinical, and sales expertise
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned


What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of territory or outside sales experience
  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable observing and supporting medical procedures in operating rooms
  • Experience using CRM systems; NetSuite experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 40% with overnights)
  • Must live within 30 miles of the assigned city
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
