Summary of Job Description:

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the HR Care Center by analyzing, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing end-to-end HR processes. This role analyzes HR processes and implements standardized, scalable workflows that improve service delivery, operational consistency, and the associate experience through effective use of data-driven insights and technology-enabled solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze end-to-end HR processes (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, job changes etc.) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement efficient and effective processes to enhance system workflows and automate repetitive HR processes. Collaborate with others to ensure that the processes align with policy, regulatory, and compliance requirements and support audit readiness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time, rework, and variability while improving accuracy, quality, and associate experience.
  • Leverage data, metrics, and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making for HR management.
  • Collaborate with other team/departments and support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and knowledge base improvements to optimize HR Care Center operations.
  • Support change management efforts, including training, communication, and adoption planning.Document and maintain processes, workflows, and SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency, and audit readiness.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / per year

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
