Pay Rate:$22 per hour

Schedule:1st Shift | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type:Temp to Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment to keep operations running smoothly. This hands-on role requires welding and fabrication skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of safety standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience instructural welding and fabrication
• Proficiency in stick welding (SMAW)
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial equipment maintenance
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
• Occasional forklift operation experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and welding symbols
• Performing stick welding (SMAW) and other fabrication tasks, including cutting, forming, shearing, punching, and stamping
• Repairing carbon steel parts and machinery daily
• Setting up welds using clamps, jigs, and hand tools
• Ensuring accurate, high-quality welds by project specs
• Supporting related tasks and equipment maintenance as assigned
