Here's what you'd do:

• Assisting and facilitating test plans on HVAC components
• Maintaining Preventive Maintenance plans.
• Focusing on testing HVAC testing.
• Mechanical test lab- testing HVAC systems.
• Knowing HVAC equipment and systems is good to know.
• Testing and data collection using a customized set of equipment and test setups.
• Have a flow loop system( Pumps and sensors) that will need to be maintained.
• Testing valves and executing the systems.
• Hand Tools will be used for assembly and unassembling Screw drivers.
• Performing tests on customized test setups.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining test equipment.
• Carrying out tests using bespoke test equipment and assisting in setting up, programming, and running various tests on mechanical parts.
• Perform assigned tests under limited supervision using standard testing and new procedures.
• Complete test reports.
• Perform Safety inspections and maintain safety inspection results.
• Complete preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Devise, fabricate, and assemble test equipment or test samples.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance and test lab experience.

• HVAC knowledge and familiarity are positive.
• Hands-on, knows how to use tools, and can debug with mechanical tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Have good interpersonal, communication (both written & verbal), and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, data entry, and email.
• Able to understand and abide by equipment and lab safety requirements.
• Ability to assist all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments.
• CAD experience.
• LabVIEW experience.
• HVAC equipment experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronics concepts.
• Mechanical background in assembling and testing equipment.
• Mechanical background in the preventative maintenance of lab equipment.
• Experience in a lab environment collecting data with mechanical test equipment (torque drivers, micrometers, calipers, multimeters).
• Ability to take detailed measurements & observations, and to convey those items clearly.
