GENERAL SUMMARY: Under supervision, carries out research projects within guides of regulatory compliance and/or Code of Federal Regulation. Duties include but are not limited to interacting with both internal and external customers at all levels and completing day to day operational tasks for the study. Direct contact with potential and enrolled study participants expected. Provides other support as required. Preferred skills/requirements Stroke clinical research assistant Team player but able to work autonomously, Blood draw/phlebotomy & EKG experience helpful, flexibility, Primary worksite HFH Main Campus but could include travels to HFH West Bloomfield. Required to have understanding of medical terminology, anatomy of brain/spine, research regulatory experience, Informed consent process, patient enrollment and pharmaceutical trial experience. Willing to carry work phone. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. One (1) year of work experience preferred, with experience in research and/or healthcare preferred. OR Associates degree, preferably in a research or healthcare related field.
