Job Responsibilities

Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with practical work experience in their field of study through rotational assignments. This program allows students to apply the knowledge and skills they've acquired in the classroom to real-world scenarios, fostering a comprehensive understanding of our industry.

  • Participate in assignments supporting various departments and locations to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on projects and assignments.
  • Attend workshops, meetings, plant visits, and other learning opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and insights from experiences in each rotation.
  • Rotations may include departments such as:
    • Research and Development
    • Manufacturing
    • Engineering Design and Project Management
    • Safety, Health, and Environmental
    • Operations/Process Excellence

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from an accredited college or university, ideally a sophomore or junior level student.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and work on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks and complete work on schedule with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office software suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
