About the Role: The RN Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for managing daily nursing operations, coordinating patient care activities, and fostering a collaborative environment among multidisciplinary teams. The RN Supervisor ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices to maintain resident safety and satisfaction. They serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote professional development.
