As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols around the location.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and/or staff while maintaining a visible presence throughout the property.
• Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
