We're currently hiring a Financial Services Contact Specialist in Perry, NY. Schedule & Pay Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-9:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am-7:00 pm, with one required evening shift per week until 9:00 pm Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour What You'll Do Communicate with individuals regarding delinquent accounts and discuss payment or resolution options Conduct skip-tracing to identify updated contact and employment information Manage inbound and outbound calls while negotiating payment arrangements and documenting activity Follow established scripts, procedures, federal and state regulations, and company policies Gather and verify information related to wage garnishments, litigation, and other special account circumstances Maintain accurate records and partner with leadership on complex or escalated cases What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; one year of collections experience Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Proficiency with typing, computer systems, and office software High attention to detail and the ability to follow strict compliance guidelines Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Staffmark Employee Benefits Our client offers a range of competitive benefits to keep their teams happy, healthy, and invested.
