Pharmacy Professional Practice Coordinator

The Pharmacy Professional Practice Coordinator is a senior Pharmacist and acts as an integral member of Fred Hutch patient care services, providing pharmacotherapeutic recommendations to providers, nursing, research staff, and other members of the health care team to optimize patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing research, education and professional pharmacy practice management for the assigned pharmacy practice area and/or assigned patient population. Depending on area of assignment, the Pharmacy Practice Manager may provide direct patient care, drug dispensing in addition to the practice management duties. Pre-Employment Drug Screening: The annual base salary range for this position is from $156,832.00 to $261,352.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This is a 1.0 FTE (40 Hours) role primarily based out of our South Lake Union Campus but will periodically work out of community site clinics.
