Provides daily maintenance, repair, setup and other facility tasks from work order for corporate building and grounds. The Facility Maintenance Technician ensures the property is continuously in pristine condition for our employees and guests

Responsibilities

Repair

  • Trouble shoot and repair facility and building equipment as work orders are distributed
  • Furniture, cubes and doors
  • Low voltage repairs and installation (outlets, light fixtures, switches)
  • Repair toilets, sinks, water lines, grease traps.

Maintain

  • Coca-Cola Freestyles
  • Facility grounds - landscaping, paint, repair
  • Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
  • General maintenance of walls, carpet, upholstery, office furniture

Set up

  • Set and break down tables and chairs for corporate events
  • Office furniture moves and set up
  • Delivery of office equipment to offices
  • Office set up- paint, assemble furniture, hang pictures, etc.

Other Facility Responsibilities

  • Inventory par levels for Coca-Cola
  • Organization of warehouse and storage
  • Maintaining tools and equipment

After Hours and Weekend- On Call

  • Will rotate for after hours and weekend emergencies to repair or coordinate vendor repair.


What we expect from you
Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a facility maintenance role

Knowledge/Skills

  • Low voltage electrical experience
  • General plumbing
  • HVAC/Boiler
  • Sprinkler and fire panel knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.
  • Proficient with iPhone applications
  • Detailed oriented and ability to work independently and complete tasks
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time along with ability for continuous walking/movement around the campus.

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
