Macquarie Asset Management's Digital team within D3E (Division made up of Data, Digital, Design & Engineering ) plays a leading role in Macquarie Assets Management's digitalization strategy to increase future scalability, unlock operating efficiencies, uphold our risk standards and improve staff and client experiences. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Business Analyst, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyze business processes, and collaborate on solutions to drive measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Wealth Solutions and Secondaries teams in New York, partnering with stakeholders and the D3E team to identify, prioritize, and implement digital solutions. Your role will focus on documenting solutions aligned with market trends and growth products, while supporting change management and maintaining strong project governance. Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $165,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
