This role blends strategic brand stewardship with hands-on leadership, ensuring our brandy portfolio thrives in a competitive and ever-evolving marketplace You will leverage deep knowledge of business drivers, consumer trends, and channel insights to shape and execute brand strategies that meet ambitious growth and profit objectives. From overseeing the Integrated Marketing Planning Process to managing the creative and communication strategy, your work will bring our spirits stories to life across campaigns, media plans, and customer touchpoints. You will own the A&P budget, optimize channel effectiveness, and identify innovative ways to strengthen our position as a category leader Collaboration is key - you'll partner with winemaking teams to refine product attributes, work closely with agency partners to align on brand goals, and develop staff through mentoring and skill-building, ensuring they are equipped to succeed across Gallo's business units.
