A Taste of What You'll Do Join Gallo Winery as an Account Executive - Customer Development and play a pivotal role in driving profitable share growth for our portfolio across assigned customer accounts. You will build and deepen relationships with buyers, category teams, distributor partners and cross functional stakeholders to create and execute strategic joint business plans that grow distribution, visibility and sales both in store and online. This role blends field engagement with data-driven insight-spending time on the market with wholesaler partners, analyzing sales and forecast data with Category Management, and presenting compelling business cases for new items and programs. You are a collaborative problem solver who inspires execution of chain priorities and distributor strategies, champions retailer advocacy, and embraces innovation to unlock e retail and omnichannel opportunities. You will lead initiatives across shelf, cold box, assortment and promotional execution, manage resources by customer tier, and forecast business results while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, quality and safety requirements. Mentorship, succession planning and clear communication across internal teams and distributor organizations are core to success.
