Job Overview:

DevOps Engineer is responsible to work collaboratively with developers and IT staff to automate and streamline each phase of the development life cycle, as needed,

They design, configure, and implement processes/tools to aid in development and deployment/monitoring of our critical enterprise applications and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, programming, or a related field
• Experience of working as a developer, or in DevOps Environment
• Knowledge and application of a wide range of tools and technologies in software development
• Understanding of process reengineering
• Experience of working with DevOps tools and monitoring of production environments
• Knowledge of IT systems and production environment and experience with data management
• Determination to achieve business outcomes

Scheduling Requirements:

Full-Time, Day, Salaried

Essential Functions:

Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles

Excellent troubleshooting

Experience working on Linux based infrastructure

Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services

Responsibilities:

Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs

Managing stakeholders and external interfaces

Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs

Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project,

Setting up tools and required infrastructure

Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities,

Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastages
