DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Driver License Examiner Assistant, you will handle customer service inquiries and administrative tasks at the center, including verifying applicant identities, completing application forms, entering data into the online system, administering knowledge and vision tests, and assisting with license renewals and transfers. A thorough understanding of commercial and other driver's license requirements is necessary, all actions must follow the official customer service policy.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This position requires working overtime and traveling to other driver license centers as operationally necessary.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:
- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
