Job Description

The Strategic Wallet Programs & Analytics Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, performance analytics, and strategic initiatives for Visa's walletpartners. This position focuses on building robust data reporting frameworks, improving business processes,developingstrategyfor Visa's growth products, andproviding thought leadership to scale partnerships and deliver measurable growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to execute complex partnership agreements and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing processes that support sales planning and execution cycles.

Youwill support a senior account executive across multiple areas critical to realize growth and progress with strategic partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Improvements

  • Identifyprocess inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Partnerships, Legal) to drive workflow enhancements.
  • Define SLAs, metrics, and performance standards tomonitorportfolio health.
  • Lead recurring business reviews and meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with PMO to develop end-to-end project plans for new implementations.
  • Work with Data Science and back-office teams to resolve reporting errors andoptimizedata quality.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure integration and quality of data sources foraccurateperformance tracking.
  • Analyze trends and gaps to inform strategic decisions and account planning.
  • Develop customized account strategies andobjectivesfor key partners.
  • Align cross-functional teams on proposals and deliverables.

StrategyDevelopment& Thought Leadership

  • Develop strategy and go-to-market plan forstrategic initiatives for wallet partners.
  • Support executive reporting and provide insightsintopartnership progress.
  • Educate internal teams on marketdevelopmentsand emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute tostrategic planning and execution for wallet programs.

Team Support

  • Assistleadership with meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Support proposal development and negotiations with internal stakeholders and partner executives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in payments, fintech, or technology partnerships preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • A minimum of5 years business experience with related sales and management experience in the mobile, software,hardwareor technology services industry
  • Experienced in continuous improvement of teams, processes, products, and related servicing capabilities
  • Maintain global perspective - seeing beyond current issuesin order tounderstand downstream impacts of decisions and directions
  • Have a passion for drilling into the details of how things work, leading to outstanding user/partner experiences
  • Able tooperateautonomously and push through ambiguity to drill down to actions and solutions
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
  • Experience "managing up", building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
  • Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties
  • Executive presence; Strong written and oral communication, including large-group presentations
  • Team oriented, collaborative and flexible
  • Ability to influence and work within matrixed environment
Additional Information

Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
