Job Description

As a Product Analyst within Visa's Global Products organization, you will support shaping and delivering innovative payment solutions across multiple markets that enhance Visa's comprehensive consumer card-based payments portfolio, including Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Installments, and Flex solutions. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable payment solutions that address global market needs. Within the ALM group, you'll manage the development and improvement of products, platforms, and APIs used by financial institutions and fintechs worldwide, prioritizing client experience and enabling innovation.

This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, coordinating product development activities, and ensuring smooth product launches. A strong sense of ownership and collaboration is essential as you help shape the future of card payments at Visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, convert them into technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and coordinate end-user demos.
  • Track product performance and help implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers for timely feature delivery.
  • Work with client facing teams to resolve operational issues and support product onboarding.
  • Facilitate communication between global and regional teams for consistent rollout.
  • Analyze product data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and audit standards.
  • Support KPI reporting and visualization for product performance.

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field

Experience in product management and lifecycle management

Background in fintech, payments, or enterprise products

Familiarity with Payment Network systems or issuer card processing

Collaboration with engineering and design teams

Translates user needs into technical requirements

Knowledge of compliance, audit controls, and Agile tools. Jira, Confluence.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization. SQL a plus

Understanding of APIs, data structures, digital payments, and UX principles

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about technology and global markets

Team player, adaptable, and committed to excellent outcomes

Keen to stay current with industry trends and pursue professional development

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 123,000.00 to 173,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
